شاب ٢٩ سنه من سكان القاهرة خريج كلية ألسن ألمـ,,ـانى بيحكى قصته ..
يقول: فى يوم ١٢ يناير لسنه ٢٠٠٩ كنت رايح الجامعة انا وصحابى كان ورانا إمتحان واحنا ماشيين لاقينا راجل كبير واقع فى الأرض جرينا عليه نشوفه ماله لاقيناه تعـ,,ـبان جدا ومش قادر ياخد نفسه ، اتصلنا بالأسعاف لكن للأسف ماحدش جه ..
إتأخـ,,ـرنا جداً على الإمتحان ولاقيت صحابى واحد ورا التانى بيمشى عشان يلحقوا اللجنه ، وفضلت أنا لوحدى مع الراجل مش عارف أعمل ايه ، حتى ماكنش فى حد فى الشارع عاوز يساعده ..
بصراحه ماهنش عليا أسيبه وأمشى، أستعـ,,ـوضت ربنا فى الإمتحان ، ووقفت تاكسى بسرعه ونقلته لأقـ,,ـرب مستشفى ، اتحجز فى العنـ,,ـايه المركزه وفضلت قاعد فى المستشفى لغاية الساعه ٤:٣٥ بعد الظهر ، لدرجة من كتر التعـ,,ـب نمت على الكنبه ، جه الدكتور صحانى وقالى الراجل ده كان هايجيله شـ,,ـلل رباعى بسبب جلـ,,ـطه كانت نازله على المـ,,ـخ وكويس انك لحـ,,ـقته وجبته المستشفى واخد العـ,,ـلاج اللا,زم .
بصراحه فرحت جداً ان الراجل هايبقى كويس مع انى معرفهوش ولا يعرفنى بس حـ,,ـسيت بإرتـ,,ـياح نفـ,,ـسى كدا ..
المهم بقيت أزور الراجل ده يومياً لغاية ما خـ,,ـف وبقى كويس وسبـ,,ـتله رقمى لو إحتاج أى حاجه يكلمنى ..
للأسف طبعاً شـ,,ـيلت مادة الإمتحان اللى حصل فيه موقف الراجل ده ، وحـ,,ـزنت جداً خـ,,ـصوصاً إن أخـ,,ـر السنه نزلت منحه مجاناً فى الكليه إنى أكمل دراسه فى المـ,,ـانيا بشرط انى اكون طـ,,ـالع صافى كل السنين بتقدير جيد ..
وفضـ,,ـلت الماده دى الوحيده اللى شلتها نقطه سـ,,ـوده فى مستقـ,,ـبلى ، وكأن الزمن بيعـ,,ـاقبنى على فعل الخير عدت الأيام وأمتحنت الماده وإتخـ,,ـرجت من الكليه وانا بائـ,,ـس ماليش نفس أعمل أى حاجه ، عينى على زمايلى اللى سافروا المـ,,ـانيا يكملوا دراستهم ويرجـ,,ـعوا بشهاده يشتـ,,ـغلوا بيها أحسن شغل فى مـ,,ـصر ..
عدت الأيام لغـ,,ـاية ما جه يوم ٢٢ مايو لحظة تغـ,,ـير جـ,,ـذرى فى حياتى ، حصلت حاجه ماكنتش قادر أتخـ,,ـيل إنها ممكن تحصل أصلاً ..
اليوم ده قد,مت على شغل فى شركه كبيره جداً فى مـ,,ـصر ، لكن للأسف ماتوفـ,,ـقتش بالرغـ,,ـم انى كنت مجـ,,ـهز نفـ,,ـسى كويس جداً ، لكن أخدها واحد بالواسطه
اليوم ده خرجت من الشركه والدنيا سـ,,ـوده قدام عينيا من كتر الحـ,,ـزن عينى الشـ,,ـمال كانت وجـ,,ـعانى وضـ,,ـغطى عالى جداً ، كنت ماشى فى الشارع وانا عينيا بتد,مع لا إرادياً، ماكنتش شايف حد قدامى ، مش شايف غير كل الفرص اللى ضـ,,ـاعت منى بسبب سـ,,ـوء الحظ ..
وصلت البيت وانا ساكت تماماً كل اللى يسألنى بشاورله انى عاوز انـ,,ـام ، دخلت أو,ضتى وإتر,ميت على السـ,,ـرير من شدة الحـ,,ـزن عاوز أصـ,,ـرخ ، مالقتش غير النت أخـ,,ـرج فيه مشـ,,ـاعرى طلعت الموبيل وكتبت على الفيـ,,ـس لماذا يارب تـ,,ـركتنى انا فاكر وقت البوست كويس كانت الساعه ٧:٢٣ باللـ,,ـيل ساعتها كنت بمـ,,ـوت بالمعنى الحرفى ..
كتبت البوست ده ونـ,,ـمت ، صحيت الساعه ١٢ باللـ,,ـيل بسبب كوابـ,,ـيس كتير جاتنى ، لا,قيت رساله من حد مش عندى فى الأصدقاء وحاطط صوره منظر طبيعى بروفيل له ، بيقولى مساء الخير يا ابني انت كويس طمنى عليك ؟
إستغـ,,ـربت أنه عارفنى .. كتبتله وقولت ..
– الحمدلله بخير ، مين حضرتك ؟
– معقول مش عارفنى انا الراجل اللى انت انقـ,,ـذته من المـ,,ـوت ..
– اه اهلا بحضرتك ازيك ، انت جبت الفيس بتاعى إزاى ..
– بحثت برقم تليفونك ولاقيتك ، قولى مالك متضـ,,ـايق ليه وكاتب لماذا يارب تـ,,ـركتنى ..
حكيتله عن اللى حصل فى الوظيفه وقد ايه اتظلـ,,ـمت عشان مش معايا واسطه ..
لا,قيته بيقولى ولا يهمك تحب تسافر المـ,,ـانيا ..؟
انا قريت رسالته دى واتثـ,,ـبت مكانى مابقتـ,,ـش عارف انطـ,,ـق بنص كلمه ، تلقائياً لاقيتنى بقوله انت بتتكلم جد ؟
قالى انا مستثـ,,ـمر فى المـ,,ـانيا بقالى اكتر من ٣٨ سنه ، ودى اقل حاجه ممكن أقد,مهالك على الخد,مه العظيمه اللى إنت قد.متهالي ..
عدت الأيام وصدق الراجل فى وعده وسافرت وسهّل ليا كل إجراءات الإقامه والشغل ..
الغـ,,ـريب بقى إنى لما قابلت صحابى هناك إستغـ,,ـربوا جدا وسألونى انت جيت المـ,,ـانيا إزاى ..
قولتلهم وانا مبتسـ,,ـم .. جيت بالتاكسى
وحاكيتلهم حكايه الراجل اللى نقـ,,ـلته المسـ,,ـتشفى بالتاكسى ساعة الإمتحان ، وهو اللى ساعدنى آجى هنا ..
كنت بحلم بمنحه دراسيه كام شهر فى ألمـ,,ـانيا عشان ارجـ,,ـع اشتغل فى مـ,,ـصر ، لكن حكمة وترتيب ربنا العجـ,,ـيبه جداً ، رزقنى بإقامه دائمه فى المـ,,ـانيا …
اللهم بعدد ما خلقت في السموات والأرض إلي قيام الساعة أخـ,,ـرج كاتب لا حول ولا قوه إلا بالله ..

قصة الصحابي جُليْبيب رضي الله عنه

The Story of the Companion Julaybib (may Allah be pleased with him)

---

كان جُليْبيب رجلًا فقيرًا، قصير القامة، دميم الوجه، لا يملك مالًا ولا حسبًا ولا نسبًا، ولم يكن له قبيلة تحميه، لكن النبي ﷺ كان يحبه ويقدّره.

Julaybib was a poor man, short in stature, and unattractive in appearance. He had no wealth, status, or noble lineage, and no tribe to support him. Yet, the Prophet ﷺ loved and honored him.

لم يكن أحد من الناس يلتفت إليه أو يزوّجه ابنته، لأنهم كانوا يهتمون بالمظاهر، ويقدّمون المال والنسب على الدين.

People often ignored him and wouldn’t consider him for marriage, as they valued appearance, wealth, and lineage over faith.

---

ذات يوم، قال له النبي ﷺ: "يا جُليْبيب، ألا تتزوج؟"، فقال: "ومن يرضى بي يا رسول الله؟!"، فابتسم النبي ﷺ وقال: "سأُزوّجك".

One day, the Prophet ﷺ said to him, “O Julaybib, why don’t you get married?” He replied, “Who would accept me, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet ﷺ smiled and said, “I will marry you [to someone].”

ذهب النبي ﷺ إلى أحد الأنصار، وطلب منه أن يزوّج ابنته لجُليْبيب. فوافق الرجل، لكن الزوجة (الأم) ترددت. عندها قالت الفتاة الصالحة: "أتردّون على رسول الله؟! والله لن أتزوج إلا طاعةً لله ورسوله."

The Prophet ﷺ went to an Ansari man and asked for his daughter’s hand for Julaybib. The man agreed, but the wife hesitated. Then the righteous daughter said, “Do you reject the request of the Messenger of Allah? By Allah, I will marry him in obedience to Allah and His Messenger.”

تم الزواج، وعاشا حياة طيبة مباركة، ولم يمضِ وقت طويل حتى خرج جُليْبيب مع النبي ﷺ للجهاد في إحدى الغزوات.

They got married and lived a blessed and good life. Soon after, Julaybib went out with the Prophet ﷺ for a battle.

بعد انتهاء المعركة، أخذ النبي ﷺ يتفقد الشهداء، وسأل: "هل تفقدون أحدًا؟" فقالوا: "نعم، فلان وفلان"، ولم يذكروا جُليْبيب. فقال النبي ﷺ: "لكنني أفتقد جُليْبيبًا".

After the battle, the Prophet ﷺ began searching for the martyrs and asked, “Do you miss anyone?” They replied, “Yes, so-and-so.” But they did not mention Julaybib. The Prophet ﷺ then said, “But I miss Julaybib.”

وجده النبي ﷺ قد استُشهد، وقد قتل سبعة من المشركين قبل أن يُقتل، فوقف النبي ﷺ عنده وقال:
"قَتَلَ سَبْعَةً، ثُم قَتَلُوهُ، هَذَا مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْهُ".

The Prophet ﷺ found him martyred. He had killed seven enemies before being killed himself. The Prophet ﷺ stood by his body and said:
“He killed seven, then they killed him. He is of me, and I am of him.”

ثم حمله النبي ﷺ بيديه الشريفتين، ودفنه بنفسه، وقال الصحابة: "ما رأينا رسول الله ﷺ حمل أحدًا بيديه كما حمل جُليْبيبًا".

Then the Prophet ﷺ carried Julaybib with his own blessed hands and buried him himself. The companions said: “We never saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ carry anyone as he carried Julaybib.”

وهكذا، صار جُليْبيب رمزًا في تاريخ الإسلام للتقوى والتواضع، وأن الله يرفع عباده بالإيمان، لا بالمظهر أو النسب.

Thus, Julaybib became a timeless symbol of piety and humility. Allah raises His servants through faith, not appearance or lineage.

The Story of Prophet Yahya (John the Baptist), peace be upon him

---

كان نبي الله يحيى عليه السلام ابن نبيٍّ كريم، وهو زكريا عليه السلام، وقد وُلد بعد دعاء طويل من والده، حيث كان زكريا شيخًا كبيرًا ولم يكن له ولد.

Prophet Yahya (peace be upon him) was the son of a noble prophet, Zakariya (peace be upon him). He was born after a long prayer by his father, who was old and had no children.

بشّر الله زكريا بمولود اسمه "يحيى"، وقال له: "لَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ سَمِيًّا"، أي لم يُسمَّ أحد بهذا الاسم من قبل.

Allah gave Zakariya the glad news of a child named “Yahya,” saying: “We have not given this name to anyone before.” (Qur’an 19:7)

نشأ يحيى عليه السلام طاهرًا عابدًا، وكان معروفًا بالزهد والورع، وكان يأمر الناس بالخير وينهاهم عن المنكر.

Yahya grew up pure, devout, and known for his piety and humility. He called people to goodness and forbade them from evil.

كان يحيى عليه السلام شديد التواضع، لا يأكل إلا قليلاً، ويعيش حياة بسيطة، وكان محبوبًا بين المؤمنين، يخاف الله كثيرًا ويبكي من خشيته.

He was extremely humble, ate very little, lived a simple life, and was loved by the believers. He feared Allah greatly and often wept out of reverence.

أمره الله أن يتولى النبوة وهو صغير، وقال له: "يَا يَحْيَىٰ خُذِ الْكِتَابَ بِقُوَّةٍ"، فكان قويًا في الحق، لا يخاف في الله لومة لائم.

Allah appointed him as a prophet while he was still young, commanding: “O Yahya, take the Scripture with strength.” He was firm in speaking the truth, fearing no one but Allah.

كان في زمنه ملك ظالم يريد أن يتزوج امرأة لا يحل له الزواج منها، فأنكر عليه يحيى هذا الفعل، فغضبت المرأة وطلبت من الملك أن يقتل يحيى.

During his time, there was a tyrant king who wanted to marry a woman unlawfully. Yahya opposed this clearly. The woman became angry and asked the king to kill Yahya.

أمر الملك بقتل نبي الله يحيى عليه السلام ظلمًا وعدوانًا، فاستشهد وهو في ريعان شبابه، وكان دمه شاهدًا على ظلمه، وبقيت قصته خالدة.

The king unjustly ordered the execution of Prophet Yahya. He was martyred in his youth, and his blood became a sign of the injustice he faced. His story remains eternal.

يحيى عليه السلام من الأنبياء الذين أثنى الله عليهم في القرآن، وقال عنه: "وَسَيِّدًا وَحَصُورًا وَنَبِيًّا مِّنَ الصَّالِحِينَ".

Yahya is among the prophets praised by Allah in the Qur’an. Allah described him as: “Noble, chaste, and a prophet from among the righteous.” (Qur’an 3:39)

لا تنسوني من خالص دعائكم

قصة استشهاد الإمام الحسين رضي الله عنه

The Story of the Martyrdom of Imam Al-Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him)

الحسين بن علي رضي الله عنه، هو حفيد النبي محمد ﷺ، وابن فاطمة الزهراء، وكان من أحب الناس إلى قلب النبي. وكان النبي يقول عنه وعن أخيه الحسن: "الحسن والحسين سيدا شباب أهل الجنة".

Al-Husayn ibn Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was the grandson of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the son of Fatimah al-Zahraa. He was among the most beloved to the Prophet’s heart. The Prophet said about him and his brother Hasan: “Hasan and Husayn are the leaders of the youth of Paradise.”

بعد وفاة معاوية بن أبي سفيان، تولى ابنه يزيد الخلافة، ورفض الحسين مبايعته، لأنه رأى أن يزيد لا يصلح أن يكون خليفة للمسلمين.

After the death of Muawiyah ibn Abi Sufyan, his son Yazid became the caliph. Husayn refused to pledge allegiance to him, believing that Yazid was not fit to lead the Muslim nation.

جاءت رسائل كثيرة إلى الحسين من أهل الكوفة، يدعونه للقدوم ويعدونه بالنصرة. فأرسل إليهم ابن عمه مسلم بن عقيل، فبايعه الآلاف هناك.

Many letters reached Husayn from the people of Kufa, inviting him to come and promising support. He sent his cousin Muslim ibn Aqil to verify the situation, and thousands pledged allegiance to him.

لكن والي الكوفة عبيد الله بن زياد خاف من انتشار دعوة الحسين، فقتل مسلم بن عقيل، وفرق الناس عن دعمه، فخذلوا الحسين.

However, the governor of Kufa, Ubayd Allah ibn Ziyad, feared Husayn’s influence. He executed Muslim ibn Aqil and intimidated the people into abandoning Husayn, leaving him without support.

خرج الحسين من مكة متجهًا إلى العراق، وكان معه أهل بيته وعدد قليل من أنصاره، حتى وصل إلى كربلاء، وهناك أحاط به جيش كبير بقيادة عمر بن سعد.

Husayn left Mecca heading toward Iraq, accompanied by his family and a small group of supporters. He reached Karbala, where a large army led by Umar ibn Sa’d surrounded him.

في يوم عاشوراء من شهر محرم، وقعت المعركة، وقاتل الحسين وأصحابه بشجاعة، لكنهم كانوا قلة، فاستشهدوا واحدًا تلو الآخر، حتى استُشهد الحسين رحمه الله.

On the day of Ashura in the month of Muharram, the battle began. Husayn and his companions fought bravely, but they were few. One by one, they were martyred until Husayn himself was killed, may Allah have mercy on him.

من أشد اللحظات ألمًا، حين حمل الحسين طفله الرضيع "عبد الله" طالبًا له الماء، فأصابه سهم فقتله بين يدي أبيه.

One of the most heartbreaking moments was when Husayn held his infant son, Abdullah, asking for water. A cruel arrow struck the baby, killing him in his father’s arms.

قُطعت رأس الحسين، وأُرسلت إلى والي الكوفة، ثم إلى يزيد في الشام، وأُسرت النساء والأطفال من آل بيت النبي ﷺ، وعلى رأسهم السيدة زينب رضي الله عنها.

Husayn’s head was severed and sent to the governor of Kufa, then to Yazid in Damascus. The women and children from the Prophet’s household, including Lady Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her), were taken as captives.

هذه الحادثة كانت مأساة عظيمة في تاريخ الإسلام، وبقيت ذكرى كربلاء رمزًا للتضحية والثبات على الحق، ورفض الظلم مهما كانت التضحيات.

This tragic event became one of the greatest calamities in Islamic history. The memory of Karbala remains a symbol of sacrifice, standing for truth, and rejecting oppression—no matter the cost.

قصة نبي الله زكريا عليه السلام

The Story of Prophet Zakariya (Peace Be Upon Him)

كان نبي الله زكريا عليه السلام من أنبياء بني إسرائيل، وكان رجلاً صالحًا، يعمل نجارًا، ويعيش حياة بسيطة، ويعبد الله كثيرًا.
Prophet Zakariya (peace be upon him) was one of the prophets of the Children of Israel. He was a righteous man, a carpenter by profession, who lived a simple life and worshipped Allah sincerely.

كان زكريا قد كبر في السن، وامرأته كانت عاقرًا لا تلد، لكنه كان يتمنى أن يرزقه الله ولدًا صالحًا يرث النبوة ويواصل الدعوة إلى الله بعده.
Zakariya grew old, and his wife was barren, unable to have children. Yet, he longed for a righteous child who would inherit prophethood and continue calling people to Allah after him.

دخل ذات يوم إلى المحراب حيث كانت مريم -عليها السلام- تتعبد، فوجد عندها طعامًا في غير أوانه، فسألها: من أين لك هذا؟ فقالت: "هو من عند الله".
One day, he entered the prayer chamber where Maryam (peace be upon her) worshipped. He found food with her out of season. He asked, “Where did this come from?” She replied, “It is from Allah.”

هنا شعر زكريا بفيض من الإيمان، ورفع يديه إلى السماء ودعا ربه:
At that moment, Zakariya felt a surge of faith and raised his hands in prayer to his Lord:

> "رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ"
“My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.” (Quran 3:38)

فاستجاب الله دعاءه، وبشره الملَك وهو قائم يصلي، أن الله قد رزقه غلامًا اسمه "يحيى"، لم يجعل الله له من قبل سميًا.
Allah answered his prayer. While Zakariya was praying, an angel came and gave him glad tidings of a son named "Yahya" (John), a name that had never been given to anyone before.

تعجب زكريا من قدرة الله، وسأله كيف يكون له غلام وقد بلغ الكبر وامرأته عاقر؟ فرد عليه الملَك: "كذلك قال ربك هو عليّ هين".
Zakariya was amazed and asked how this could happen, given his old age and his wife’s barrenness. The angel replied: “Thus said your Lord, ‘It is easy for Me.’”

وكانت هذه معجزة من معجزات الله... فولد يحيى عليه السلام، وكان نبيًا طاهرًا، زاهدًا، ناصرًا للحق.
This was a miracle from Allah. Yahya was born and grew up to be a pure, ascetic prophet who stood firmly for truth.

وزكريا عليه السلام عاش ليرى ابنه يكبر على طاعة الله، قبل أن يُقتل شهيدًا على يد الظالمين، وكان ذلك ابتلاءً من الله ورفعةً لدرجاته.
Zakariya lived to see his son grow up in obedience to Allah. He was later martyred by the oppressors — a test from Allah and a means to elevate his rank.

قصة أصحاب الأخدود

The Story of the People of the Trench

في زمنٍ بعيد، كان هناك ملكٌ كافر ظالم، لا يرضى أن يُعبد في مملكته أحدٌ غيره، وكان لديه ساحرٌ قديم، فلما كبر الساحر طلب من الملك أن يُرسل له غلامًا يعلمه السحر ليكون خليفته.

Long ago, there was a tyrant king who refused to let anyone in his kingdom worship other than himself. He had an old magician, and when the magician grew old, he asked the king to send him a boy to train in magic and be his successor.

فوقع الاختيار على غلامٍ ذكيّ، أُرسل للساحر ليتعلّم منه. وفي طريقه إلى الساحر، كان الغلام يمرّ براهبٍ مؤمنٍ يعبد الله، فكان يجلس إليه ويسمع منه، حتى بدأ قلبه يميل إلى الإيمان.

They chose a clever young boy and sent him to the magician. On his way, the boy used to pass by a monk who worshipped Allah alone. The boy would sit with him and listen, and over time, his heart inclined toward faith.

بدأ الغلام يحتار: أهو على حق مع الساحر، أم مع الراهب؟ فقال له الراهب ذات يوم: "إن ابتُليتَ، فلا تخبر عني أحدًا."

The boy was confused — was the magician right, or the monk? One day, the monk told him, “If you are tested, do not tell anyone about me.”

وذات يوم، اعترض حيوان ضخم طريق الناس، فقال الغلام: "اليوم أعلم: أأمر الراهب أحبّ إلى الله أم أمر الساحر؟" فرمى الحيوان بحجر، وقال: "اللهم إن كان أمر الراهب أحب إليك، فاقتل هذه الدابة!"

One day, a large beast blocked the road. The boy said, “Today I will know whether the monk’s way is dearer to Allah or the magician’s.” He threw a stone at the beast, saying, “O Allah, if the monk’s way is more beloved to You, kill this beast!”

فقتلها الحجر، وذهل الناس، وأصبح الغلام مشهورًا بأنه يشفي الناس ويدعو الله فيُستجاب له.

The beast died, and the people were amazed. The boy became famous for healing and making prayers that were answered.

---

فعرف الملك بأمر الغلام، فغضب، وأحضره، وسأله عن سره، فقال الغلام: "ربي هو الله." فغضب الملك، وعذّبه، ولكن الغلام لم يتراجع.

The king heard of the boy and brought him forth. When questioned, the boy said, “My Lord is Allah.” The king became furious and tortured him, but the boy did not renounce his faith.

أرسل الملك جنوده لقتل الغلام، مرّة من الجبل، ومرّة من البحر، وفي كل مرة كان الله يُنجيه، ويعود أقوى إيمانًا.

The king sent soldiers to kill the boy — once by throwing him from a mountain, and once by drowning — but each time, Allah saved him, and he returned with stronger faith.

وفي النهاية، قال الغلام للملك: "لن تستطيع قتلي، حتى تفعل ما آمرك به." فسأله الملك: "وما هو؟" قال: "اجمع الناس، واربطني على جذع شجرة، وخذ سهمًا من كنانتي، وقل: باسم الله رب الغلام، ثم ارمني. فإنك إن فعلت، قتلتني."

Finally, the boy said to the king, “You will not be able to kill me unless you do what I command.” The king asked, “What is it?” The boy said, “Gather the people, tie me to a tree, take an arrow from my quiver, and say: ‘In the name of Allah, the Lord of the boy’ — then shoot me. If you do this, you will kill me.”

ففعل الملك، ومات الغلام، ولكن الناس كلهم صاحوا: "آمَنّا بربّ الغلام!"

The king did exactly that — and the boy died. But the crowd cried out: “We believe in the Lord of the boy!”

فازداد غضب الملك، وأمر بحفر أخدود كبير، وأشعل فيه النار، وقال: "من لم يرجع عن دينه، فألقوه فيها!"

The king was enraged. He ordered a deep trench to be dug and filled it with fire. Then he declared, “Whoever does not renounce his faith, throw them into the fire!”

فثبت المؤمنون على دينهم، رجالاً ونساءً، شيوخًا وأطفالاً، وكان من بينهم امرأة تحمل رضيعها، فترددت، فقال لها الرضيع: "يا أمه اصبري، فإنك على الحق."

The believers remained steadfast — men, women, elderly, and even children. Among them was a woman holding her infant. She hesitated, but the baby spoke and said:
“O mother, be patient, for you are upon the truth.”

فدخلوا النار وهم ثابتون، وفازوا بالشهادة، وسجّل الله قصتهم في سورة البروج، ليبقى ذكرهم حيًا إلى يوم القيامة.

They were thrown into the fire while firm in faith. They earned martyrdom, and Allah recorded their story in Surah Al-Buruj, so their sacrifice would be remembered until the Day of Judgment.

كان جُريج رجلاً صالحًا، أحب الله حبًّا صادقًا، فابتعد عن الناس، وبنى صومعة عالية على جبل، ليختلي فيها بنفسه ويُناجي ربّه بعيدًا عن ضوضاء الدنيا.

Jurayj was a righteous man who truly loved Allah. He chose to leave worldly distractions and built a small hermitage on a mountaintop to worship his Lord in solitude, away from the noise of the world.

---

مرت الأيام، وأصبح جريج معروفًا بين الناس بزهده وعبادته، حتى صار مضرب المثل في الطاعة والخشوع. لكن في قلبه، غفل عن شيء...
الوالدة.

Days passed, and Jurayj became known for his devotion and purity. People admired him as an example of obedience and piety. But in his heart… something was missing.
His mother.

كانت أمّه امرأة كبيرة في السن، تُحب ابنها وتشتاق إليه، فصعدت إليه مرة تناديه: "يا جُريج! يا جُريج!" وكان هو قائمًا في صلاته الطويلة، فسمع النداء، وتردد...

His elderly mother loved him dearly and longed to see him. One day, she climbed the mountain and called out, “O Jurayj! O Jurayj!” He heard her while deep in prayer — and hesitated.

قال في نفسه: "يا رب، أمي وصلاتي؟" ثم غلب عليه شعور الطاعة لله، وقال: "أكمل صلاتي". ولم يُجبها.

He whispered to himself: “O my Lord, should I respond to my mother or continue my prayer?” Thinking he was choosing the higher act of worship, he continued praying… and did not respond.

تكرّر الموقف مرّتين أخريين، وفي كل مرّة تدعو الأم وتُقابل بصمت ولدها، فرفعت يديها إلى السماء وقالت بحرقة:
"اللهم لا تُمته حتى تُريه وجه المومسات!"

The same thing happened again — she called, and he didn’t answer. On the third time, her heart broke. She raised her hands and cried,
“O Allah, do not let him die until You show him the faces of sinful women!”

مرت الأيام، وحدث ما لم يكن في الحسبان… ظهرت امرأة من بغايا المدينة، كانت جميلة وخبيثة، وقررت أن تُغوي جريج لتوقعه في الفتنة.

Days went by… and something unexpected happened. A well-known prostitute in the city, known for her beauty and deceit, decided to tempt Jurayj — to bring him down from his high place.

نزلت إليه تبتسم وتتودد، تعرض نفسها عليه، لكنه لم يلتفت، بل صدّها وابتعد عنها كأنها لم تكن.

She went to him, smiled, flirted, offered herself — but he didn’t even glance. He turned away from her as if she was invisible.

---

فأرادت الانتقام منه، فذهبت إلى راعٍ، وزنت معه، ثم بعد شهور، وُلد لها ولد، فخرجت به إلى الناس وقالت: "هذا من جُريج!"

Her pride shattered, she sought revenge. She went to a shepherd, committed sin with him, and after months, gave birth. Then she went to the people and cried: “This child belongs to Jurayj!”

صُدم الناس، وهاجوا عليه، وركضوا إلى صومعته، فهدموها بالحجارة، وضربوه، وجرّوه أمام الناس.

The people were shocked. Angry and betrayed, they rushed to Jurayj’s hermitage, tore it down with stones, beat him, and dragged him in front of the crowd.

لم يدافع عن نفسه، بل قال بهدوء: "دعوني أصلّي". فوقف بين يدي الله، كما كان دائمًا، ثم اقترب من الرضيع، وقال:
"يا غلام، من أبوك؟"

He didn’t argue. Calmly, he said: “Let me pray.” As always, he turned to Allah first. After praying, he approached the infant and said:
“O baby, who is your father?”

فتكلّم الرضيع، وقال أمام الناس جميعًا: "أبي فلان الراعي!"
سكت الناس… وجمدت الألسن… وانكشفت الحقيقة.

The baby spoke clearly, in front of everyone:
“My father is so-and-so, the shepherd!”
Silence fell… tongues froze… and the truth was unveiled.

صرخ الناس: "عذرًا يا جريج!" وقالوا: "نُعيد لك صومعتك من ذهب!" فقال بهدوء: "لا، بل أعيدوها كما كانت، من طين."

The people shouted: “Forgive us, Jurayj!” and offered: “We will rebuild your hermitage with gold!” He gently replied:
“No. Return it as it was — of mud.”

استُجيب دعاء الأم، لكنه لم يكن شرًّا، بل فتنة زادت جُريجًا مقامًا، وثبتت صدقه، وذكّرتنا:
أن رضا الأم… طريق رضا الله.

His mother’s prayer was answered — not as a punishment, but as a test that raised his status and proved his truth.
And it reminded us:
The pleasure of the mother… is a path to the pleasure of Allah.

The Story of Prophet Yunus (peace be upon him)

كان يونس عليه السلام نبيًّا أرسله الله إلى قومه في مدينة "نينوى" (في العراق اليوم)، ليدعوهم إلى عبادة الله وترك عبادة الأصنام.

Yunus (peace be upon him) was a prophet sent by Allah to the people of Nineveh (in present-day Iraq), to call them to worship Allah and leave idol worship.

---

لكن قومه كذبوه وسخروا منه، فغضب وتركهم، وخرج من المدينة دون أن يأذن الله له بالخروج.

But his people denied him and mocked him. Angry and disappointed, he left the city — but he left without Allah’s permission.

---

ركب يونس عليه السلام سفينة في البحر، وعندما واجهت السفينة عاصفة شديدة، قرروا إلقاء أحد الركّاب في البحر لتخفيف الحمل.

Yunus boarded a ship, and during a fierce storm, the crew decided to throw someone overboard to lighten the load.

---

فأجروا قرعة، فوقعت على يونس عليه السلام، فرموه في البحر، فابتلعه حوتٌ عظيم بأمر من الله، ولم يؤذه.

They drew lots, and it fell on Yunus. So they threw him into the sea, and by Allah’s command, a great whale swallowed him — but it did not harm him.

وفي بطن الحوت، أدرك يونس عليه السلام أنه أخطأ، فتاب إلى الله وبدأ يردد:
"لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين".

Inside the belly of the whale, Yunus realized his mistake. He repented and began to say:
“There is no god but You, glory be to You! I was truly among the wrongdoers.”

فاستجاب الله له، وأمر الحوت أن يلفظه على الشاطئ، وكان مريضًا وضعيفًا، فأنبت الله له شجرة تُظلّه وتطعمه.

Allah accepted his repentance and commanded the whale to release him onto the shore. He was weak and sick, so Allah caused a plant to grow and shelter him.

ثم أمره الله أن يعود إلى قومه، فعاد إليهم، ووجدهم قد آمنوا، ففرح بذلك، وعلّمهم دين الله.

Allah then told him to return to his people. When he did, he found that they had believed. He was overjoyed and taught them the way of Allah.

سيدنا يونس هو النبي الوحيد الذي ذُكر في القرآن بأنه كان في "ظلمات ثلاث": ظلمة الليل، وظلمة البحر، وظلمة بطن الحوت.

Prophet Yunus is known in the Qur’an as the one who was in “three darknesses”: the darkness of night, the darkness of the sea, and the darkness of the whale’s belly.

قصة يونس عليه السلام تعلمنا أن لا نيأس أبدًا من رحمة الله، وأن التوبة والدعاء يمكن أن تنقذ الإنسان حتى في أصعب الظروف.

The story of Yunus (peace be upon him) teaches us never to lose hope in Allah’s mercy, and that sincere repentance and du‘a can save us — even in the darkest times.

كان عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه شابًا فقيرًا يرعى الغنم، ولم يكن من أصحاب المال أو الجاه، لكن قلبه كان نقيًا يبحث عن الحق.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) was a young and poor shepherd. He had no wealth or status, but his heart was pure and searching for the truth.

---

وذات يوم، رأى شابين غريبين يقتربان منه، هما النبي محمد ﷺ وأبو بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه، وطلبا منه أن يشربا من لبن إحدى الغنم.

One day, two strangers came to him — they were the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him). They asked him for some milk from one of the sheep.

فقال ابن مسعود: "هذه الغنم ليست لي، إنها أمانة." فتعجب النبي ﷺ من أمانته، ودعا له بالخير.

Ibn Mas’ud said, “These sheep don’t belong to me — they are a trust.” The Prophet ﷺ was amazed by his honesty and prayed for him.

وبعد أيام، سمع ابن مسعود عن دعوة الإسلام، فذهب إلى النبي ﷺ، واستمع منه، فدخل قلبه الإيمان، وأصبح من أوائل من أسلموا.

A few days later, he heard about the message of Islam. He went to the Prophet ﷺ, listened to his words, and faith entered his heart. He became one of the earliest Muslims.

كان يحب القرآن حبًا عظيمًا، فتعلمه من النبي ﷺ مباشرة، وكان من أكثر الناس حفظًا له، حتى قال النبي ﷺ: "من أحب أن يسمع القرآن كما أنزل، فليسمعه من ابن أم عبد."

He deeply loved the Qur'an and learned it directly from the Prophet ﷺ. He became one of the best reciters. The Prophet ﷺ once said: "Whoever wants to hear the Qur'an as it was revealed, let him listen to Ibn Umm Abd (Ibn Mas'ud)."

كان نحيف الجسد، لكن النبي ﷺ قال إن ساقيه أثقل عند الله من جبل أُحد! فكان عظيم القدر رغم بساطته.

Though he was thin and small in body, the Prophet ﷺ said that his legs are heavier on the scale with Allah than Mount Uhud — a sign of his greatness.

شارك في كل الغزوات، وكان من أقرب الصحابة إلى النبي ﷺ، يخدمه ويتعلم منه، وكان من كبار العلماء بعد وفاة النبي ﷺ.

He joined all the battles and was very close to the Prophet ﷺ, serving him and learning from him. After the Prophet’s death, he became one of the greatest scholars of Islam.

رضي الله عنه، كان فقيرًا في الدنيا، لكنه غنيّ بالإيمان والعلم، وسيرته تبقى نورًا يهدي القلوب.

May Allah be pleased with him. He was poor in worldly life, but rich in faith and knowledge. His story remains a light that guides hearts.

كان قوم عاد وثمود من مؤلم وأغنى الأمم المتحدة في زمانهم. أعطاهم الله القوة والعقول، فاستخدموها في الطغيان والفساد، وابتعدوا عن عبادة الله.

وكانت قبائل عاد وثمود من أقوى وأغنى الأمم في عصرهم. وقد أعطاهم الله القوة والمهارات، لكنهم استخدموها في الشر وأعرضوا عن عبادة الله.

---

قوم ثمود، يعيشون في منطقة اسمها "الحجر"، وكانوا ينحتون بيوتهم من الجبال، في جعلون من جبال قصور رائعة! كانوا يفتخرون بقوتهم ويكبرون على الناس.

وسكن قوم ثمود في مكان يقال له "الحجر". لقد نحتوا منازل جميلة من الجبال. لقد كانوا فخورين بقوتهم ونظروا إلى الآخرين بازدراء.

فأرسل الله إليه نبيًا منهم "صالح" عليه السلام، يدعوهم لعبادة الله وحده وترك عبادة الأصنام التي لا تنفع ولا تضر.

فبعث الله إليهم نبيا منهم صالحا (عليه السلام). ودعاهم إلى عبادة الله وحده وترك الأوثان التي لا تنفعهم ولا تضرهم.

قال صالحهم: "يا قومِ عبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره." وقوله كذبوه وقالوا: "أكنت فينا مرجو قبل هذا؟!"

فقال صالح: يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره. "فأنكروه وقالوا: "هل أصبحت نبيا فجأة؟!"

---

طلبوا منه معجزة، وقالوا: "إن كنت نبيًا، فأخرج لنا طاقة من هذه الصخرة." فدعا الله، فخرجت ناقة عظيمة أمام أعينهم!

فطلبوا معجزة وقالوا: إن كنت نبيا حقا فأتينا بناقة من هذه الصخرة. فصلى صالح، فبقدرة الله ظهرت أمام أعينهم ناقة عظيمة!

قال صالح: "هذه ناقة الله، فذروها يأكل، ولا تمسوها بسوء، فيأخذكم عذاب أليم."

قال صالح: هذه ناقة الله، ذرها ولا تؤذوها، فيصيبكم عذاب أليم.

---

في البداية خافوا، لكن هناك كره ناقة، خاصة بالبراءة والمفسدين. فتامروا ليلتها ظلمًا وعدوانًا.

في البداية، كانوا حذرين. لكن الزعماء المتكبرين كرهوا الناقة. لقد تآمروا معًا وقتلوها ظلما.

قال لهم صالح بغضب: "تمتعوا في داركم ثلاثة أيام، ذلك وعد غير مكذوب!"

وحذرهم صالح: "تمتعوا في بيوتكم ثلاثة أيام ذلك الوعد الذي لن يخلف!"

---

وبعد ثلاثة أيام، أرسل الله عليهم صيحة قوية من السماء، تتزت الأرض، وهلكوا جميعا.

وبعد ثلاثة أيام أرسل الله نفخة عظيمة من السماء. واهتزت الأرض بشدة، وهلكوا جميعًا.

---

ونجّى الله نبيه صالح ومن آمن معه، ثم نهاية ثمود عبر جميعها لكل من يأتي بعدهم.

نجى الله نبيه صالحا والمؤمنين معه.لقد كان هلاك ثمود درساً لكل من يأتي بعده.

قوم عاد وجبروتهم

عاش قوم عاد في منطقة تُسمى "الأحقاف" بين اليمن وعُمان. كانوا من أقوى الأمم في البنية، طِوال الأجسام، وأشداء، يبنون قصورًا ضخمة في الجبال، ويقولون: "من أشد منا قوة؟"

> The people of 'Aad lived in the region of Al-Ahqaf, between Yemen and Oman. They were physically strong, tall, and mighty. They built palaces in the mountains and arrogantly said: "Who is mightier than us in strength?"

لكنهم كانوا يعبدون الأصنام، ونسوا خالقهم الذي أعطاهم القوة والرزق.

> But they worshipped idols and forgot their Creator—the One who gave them strength and provision.

بعثة هود عليه السلام

فأرسل الله إليهم نبيًّا منهم، هو هود عليه السلام. كان رجلًا حكيمًا، صادقًا، كريم النسب، دعاهم قائلًا:
"يا قومِ اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره، أفلا تتقون؟"

> So Allah sent to them a prophet from among themselves—Hud (peace be upon him). He was wise, honest, and noble. He called out:
"O my people, worship Allah. You have no god other than Him. Will you not be mindful?"

---

ردّهم وسخريتهم

لكن قومه استكبروا، وسخروا منه، وقالوا:
"أجئتنا لنعبد الله وحده ونذر ما كان يعبد آباؤنا؟"
واتهموه بالجنون والكذب، وهو الذي لم يُعرف عنه إلا الصدق.

> But his people mocked him and said:
"Have you come to turn us away from what our forefathers worshipped?"
They accused him of madness and lying—even though he was known only for truthfulness.

---

تحذير من العذاب

هود عليه السلام لم ييأس، وقال لهم:
"فكيدوني جميعًا ثم لا تنظرون. إني توكلت على الله ربي وربكم."
وحذرهم من عذاب الله إن لم يتوبوا.

> Hud did not give up. He warned them, saying:
"Then scheme against me all together, and give me no respite. I have put my trust in Allah—my Lord and your Lord."

العذاب الشديد

لما أصرّوا على الكفر، أرسل الله عليهم ريحًا عاتية استمرت سبع ليالٍ وثمانية أيام متواصلة، تقلع الأشجار، وترفع الناس وتطرحهم كأنهم أعجاز نخل خاوية!

> When they insisted on disbelief, Allah sent upon them a violent windstorm for seven nights and eight days. It uprooted trees and tossed people like hollow trunks of palm trees!

النجاة لأهل الإيمان

أما هود ومن آمن معه، فقد أنجاهم الله برحمته، وتركوا ديارهم بعدما صارت خرابًا عبرةً لمن يأتي بعدهم.

> As for Hud and the believers with him, Allah saved them by His mercy. They left their land, now destroyed, as a lesson for generations to come.

العبرة

قصة هود عليه السلام تُعلِّمنا أن القوة الحقيقية ليست في العضلات أو المال، بل في الإيمان والتقوى.
وأن الاستكبار عن الحق، مهما طال، له نهاية.

> The story of Prophet Hud teaches us that true strength lies not in muscles or wealth, but in faith and piety.
Arrogance against the truth always leads to a bitter end.

أبو ذر الغفاري... _رضي الله عنه

أبو ذر الغفاري... الرجل الذي عاش وحده ومات وحده

Abu Dharr Al-Ghifari – The Man Who Lived Alone and Died Alone

كان قلبه يبحث عن النور في وسط ظلام الجاهلية...
قبل أن يسمع باسم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، كان أبو ذر رجلاً مختلفًا، يعيش في صحراء قاحلة، لكنه لا يعبد الأصنام، ولا يشرب الخمر، ولا يخضع لعادات قومه الفاسدة. كان قلبه يصرخ: "أين الحق؟"، وذات يوم بلغه أن رجلاً في مكة يقول كلامًا لا يُقال، ويدعو إلى دين جديد.

His heart searched for light amid the darkness of ignorance...
Before hearing the name of Muhammad ﷺ, Abu Dharr was already a unique man. He lived in the barren desert, but refused to worship idols, drink wine, or follow the corrupted ways of his people. His heart cried out: “Where is the truth?” One day, he heard that a man in Mecca was saying something unheard of – calling to a new religion.

وصل مكة سرًا، وجلس في المسجد ثلاثة أيام لا يعرف أحدًا...
حتى مرّ عليه عليّ بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه، فأخذه إلى بيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهناك جلس مع النبي وسمع منه القرآن. لم يحتج إلى تفكير طويل... قلبه عرف الحق، ولسانه نطق: "أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله، وأشهد أنك رسول الله."

He arrived in Mecca secretly and sat in the mosque for three days, knowing no one...
Until Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) saw him and brought him to the house of the Prophet ﷺ. There, he sat with the Prophet and heard the words of the Quran. He didn’t need long to think… his heart recognized the truth, and his tongue declared: “I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and you are the Messenger of Allah.”

لكن الإيمان عند أبي ذر لا يعرف الخوف...
قال له النبي: "ارجع إلى قومك، فإذا سمعت بي قد ظهرت فأتني." لكنه لم ينتظر. خرج إلى الكعبة وقال بأعلى صوته: "أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله، وأشهد أن محمدًا رسول الله!" فانهال عليه كفار قريش ضربًا حتى سقط، فجاء العباس ينقذه قائلاً: "ويلكم! أتقتلون رجلاً من غفار؟ وقوافلكم تمر على غفار؟"

But faith in Abu Dharr knew no fear...
The Prophet told him: “Return to your people, and when you hear that I have emerged, come to me.” But Abu Dharr couldn’t wait. He went to the Kaaba and shouted: “I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah!” The Quraysh beat him until he fell, and Al-‘Abbas rescued him saying, “Woe to you! Would you kill a man from Ghifar while your trade caravans pass through Ghifar?”

عاش أبو ذر زاهدًا، لا يملك شيئًا من الدنيا، ويرى الغنى في القناعة...
كان من أقرب الناس إلى النبي، لكنه كان دائمًا يقول كلمة الحق مهما كان الثمن. حتى بعد وفاة النبي، وقف في وجه الأغنياء عندما رأى مال الأمة يُكنز ويُضيع. لم يسكت. فنفاه معاوية إلى الشام، ثم أعاده عثمان إلى الربذة، وهناك مات وحيدًا كما أخبره النبي من قبل.

Abu Dharr lived ascetically, owning nothing of the world, seeing wealth only in contentment...
He was close to the Prophet, but never hesitated to speak the truth, no matter the cost. Even after the Prophet’s death, he stood against the wealthy when he saw the nation’s wealth being hoarded and misused. He spoke out. Mu’awiya exiled him to Syria, then Uthman sent him to Al-Rabadhah. There, as the Prophet had foretold, he died alone.

قال فيه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: "يرحم الله أبا ذر، يمشي وحده، ويموت وحده، ويبعث يوم القيامة وحده."
ومات أبو ذر، والرمال تلفه، ولم يكن حوله سوى زوجته وبعض المسافرين دفنوه في صمت... لكنه لم يكن وحده، بل كان معه الحق، وكان معه الله.

The Prophet ﷺ said about him: “May Allah have mercy on Abu Dharr. He walks alone, dies alone, and will be raised alone on the Day of Judgment.”
Abu Dharr died, surrounded by sand, with only his wife and a few travelers to bury him quietly… but he was never truly alone. The truth was with him. And Allah was with him.

The Story of Prophet Ibrahim... The Friend of Allah and Father of the Prophets
وُلد إبراهيم عليه السلام في قومٍ يعبدون الأصنام، وكان أبوه آزر من كبار صنّاعها. لكنه، منذ صغره، رفض أن يسجد لحجر لا يسمع ولا يبصر. بدأ يتفكر: كيف يكون هذا إلهًا؟ كيف أعبد ما لا يضر ولا ينفع؟

Ibrahim (peace be upon him) was born into a nation that worshipped idols. His own father, Azar, was one of the leading idol-makers. But from a young age, Ibrahim rejected the idea of bowing to stones that could neither hear nor see. He began to question: How can this be a god?

في يومٍ من الأيام، دخل إبراهيم إلى المعبد وحطّم الأصنام كلها، وترك الكبير منها فقط، وعلّق الفأس في رقبته.
فلما سأله الناس: من فعل هذا بآلهتنا؟
قال لهم: سلوا كبيرهم إن كان ينطق!

One day, Ibrahim entered the temple and destroyed all the idols, leaving only the largest one standing, with the axe hanging on its neck.
When the people asked, “Who did this to our gods?”
He said, “Ask the biggest one… if he can speak!”

غضب القوم، وأجمعوا على أن يحرقوه حيًّا، فأوقدوا نارًا عظيمة ما رُئي مثلها من قبل.
لكن الله قال: "يا نار كوني بردًا وسلامًا على إبراهيم"
فخرج منها سالمًا لم يصبه أذى.

The people became furious and decided to burn him alive. They lit a fire so massive that it had never been seen before.
But Allah said: "O fire, be cool and peaceful upon Ibrahim" — and he emerged unharmed.

ثم أمره الله أن يترك زوجته هاجر وابنه إسماعيل في صحراء مكة الموحشة.
ولما عطش الطفل، ركضت أمه بين الصفا والمروة، حتى فجر الله زمزم من تحت قدمي إسماعيل.
ومن ذريته جاء محمد ﷺ.

Then Allah commanded Ibrahim to leave his wife Hajar and baby son Ismail in the barren desert of Makkah.
When the child became thirsty, his mother ran between the hills of Safa and Marwa — and then Allah caused the spring of Zamzam to gush from beneath Ismail’s feet.
From their descendants came Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

ورأى إبراهيم في المنام أنه يذبح ابنه، ولبّى أمر الله، لكن الله فداه بذبحٍ عظيم.
وصبر إبراهيم في كل الابتلاءات، فاستحق أن يُسمّى خليل الله.

Ibrahim saw in a dream that he was sacrificing his son. He submitted to Allah’s command, but Allah replaced the son with a great sacrifice.
Through his patience in every test, he earned the honor of being called Khalil Allah – the close friend of Allah.

Khalid ibn Al-Walid – The Drawn Sword of Allah

قبل إسلامه، كان خالد من أبطال قريش، وقائد في معركة أُحد ضد المسلمين، وكان السبب في تغيير سير المعركة على المسلمين.

Before Islam, Khalid was one of the bravest warriors of Quraysh. In the Battle of Uhud, he led the cavalry that turned the tide against the Muslims.

لكن مع الوقت، بدأ يسمع عن الإسلام، ويفكر في القرآن، ويشوف عدل النبي ﷺ… فدخل الإيمان قلبه، وأسلم في السنة الثامنة للهجرة.

But as time passed, he heard more about Islam, saw the justice of the Prophet ﷺ, and faith entered his heart. He accepted Islam in the 8th year after Hijrah.

بعد إسلامه، قال النبي ﷺ:
"نِعْمَ عبدُ الله خالد، سيفٌ من سيوف الله سلَّه الله على الكفار."
ومن هنا جاء لقبه: "سيف الله المسلول"

After he embraced Islam, the Prophet ﷺ said:
"What an excellent servant of Allah is Khalid! A sword from among the swords of Allah, unleashed against the disbelievers."
That’s how he became known as: “The Drawn Sword of Allah.”

وكان لا يُهزم في أي معركة، وكان الجنود يقولون:
"إذا حضر خالد، انتصرنا بإذن الله."

The Conquest of Syria
He was never defeated in any battle. The soldiers used to say:
"If Khalid is with us, victory is near – by Allah’s will."

رغم شجاعته، كان خالد متواضعًا، لا يقاتل ليُمدح، بل لينصر دين الله.
وكان يحب النبي ﷺ حبًا عظيمًا، ويبكي إذا تذكّره.

Despite his bravery, Khalid was humble. He didn’t fight for fame — he fought to support Allah’s religion.
He loved the Prophet ﷺ deeply, and used to cry when remembering him.

ومات خالد على فراشه، بعدما قال:
"لقد شهدت كذا وكذا زحفًا، وما في جسدي موضع شبر إلا وفيه طعنة أو ضربة، وها أنا أموت على فراشي كما تموت البعير، فلا نامت أعين الجبناء!"

Khalid died on his bed, not in battle. He said:
"I fought in so many battles. There’s not a spot on my body without a scar or wound… yet here I am, dying on my bed like a camel. So let not the eyes of cowards sleep!"

قصة: موسى عليه السلام – النبي القوي الأمين

وُلد نبي الله موسى عليه السلام في مصر، في وقت كان فرعون يقتل كل مولود ذكر من بني إسرائيل خوفًا من أن يظهر واحد منهم يأخذ المُلك منه.

Moses (peace be upon him) was born in Egypt at a time when Pharaoh was killing every newborn boy from the Children of Israel, fearing one would take his throne.

أوحى الله إلى أم موسى أن تضعه في صندوق وتُلقيه في النهر، وقال لها: لا تخافي ولا تحزني، إنا رادّوه إليك وجاعلوه من المرسلين.

Allah inspired Moses’ mother to place him in a basket and cast it into the river. He reassured her: “Do not fear or grieve. We will return him to you and make him one of the messengers.”

وصل الصندوق إلى قصر فرعون، فأخذته امرأة فرعون وربته كابن لها، رغم أن فرعون هو من كان يقتل الأطفال!
وكبر موسى في بيت عدوه!

The basket reached Pharaoh’s palace, and Pharaoh’s wife took baby Moses and raised him as her own son — even though Pharaoh was the one killing the children!
So Moses grew up in the house of his enemy!

لما كبر موسى، رأى رجلًا يضرب رجلًا من بني إسرائيل، فتدخل موسى وضرب الظالم دون قصد أن يقتله... لكن الرجل مات!
فخاف موسى وهرب من مصر.

When Moses grew up, he saw an Egyptian man hitting a man from the Children of Israel. Moses stepped in and struck the oppressor — not meaning to kill him — but the man died!
So Moses fled Egypt in fear.

ذهب موسى إلى مدين، وهناك ساعد فتاتين كانتا تسقيان الماء، ثم دعاهما والدهم (نبي الله شعيب عليه السلام)، وطلب منه أن يعمل عنده، ثم زوجه إحدى بنتيه.

Moses went to the land of Midian, where he helped two women water their sheep. Their father (the prophet Shuʿayb) invited Moses, offered him work, and later married him to one of his daughters.

وبعد سنوات، بينما كان موسى في طريق العودة من مدين، رأى نارًا، فلما اقترب منها، ناداه الله من جانب الجبل: "إني أنا الله لا إله إلا أنا، فاعبدني."

Years later, while Moses was returning from Midian, he saw a fire. As he approached it, Allah called him from the mountain:
“Indeed, I am Allah. There is no god but Me, so worship Me.”

أمره الله أن يذهب إلى فرعون ويدعوه لعبادة الله، ويُخرج بني إسرائيل من الظلم، وأيّده الله بالمعجزات مثل العصا التي تتحول إلى ثعبان.

Allah commanded Moses to go to Pharaoh, call him to worship the One God, and free the Children of Israel. Allah supported Moses with miracles like his staff turning into a snake.

رفض فرعون، وتكبر وقال: "أنا ربكم الأعلى"، وأرسل جنوده لقتال موسى، لكن الله أنجى موسى وقومه وشق لهم البحر، فمرّوا منه، وأغرق الله فرعون وجنوده.

Pharaoh arrogantly refused and said, “I am your highest lord.” He sent his army after Moses, but Allah saved Moses and his people by splitting the sea. They crossed safely, and Pharaoh’s army drowned.

العبرة:

الصبر، الثقة في الله، والشجاعة في قول الحق... هم سلاح الأنبياء والمؤمنين.

The Lesson:

Patience, trust in Allah, and courage to speak the truth — these are the weapons of the prophets and the believers.

The Story of Prophet Yusuf (Joseph), peace be upon him

ذات يوم، رأى يوسف عليه السلام رؤيا عجيبة. قال لأبيه: "يا أبتِ، إني رأيت أحد عشر كوكبًا، والشمس والقمر، رأيتهم لي ساجدين".
One day, Yusuf (peace be upon him) had a strange dream. He told his father, "O my father, I saw eleven stars, and the sun and the moon—I saw them prostrating to me."

عرف والده يعقوب عليه السلام أن هذه الرؤيا تدل على مكانة عظيمة ليوسف في المستقبل، فنصحه ألا يخبر إخوته بها.
His father, Yaqub (Jacob), realized that the dream meant Yusuf would have a great future, so he advised him not to tell his brothers.

كان إخوة يوسف يحسدونه لأن والدهم كان يحبه كثيرًا. خططوا لإبعاده، فقرروا أن يلقوه في بئر.
Yusuf’s brothers were jealous because their father loved him dearly. They planned to get rid of him and threw him into a well.

---

جاءت قافلة من المسافرين ووجدت يوسف في البئر، فأخذوه وباعوه عبدًا في مصر.
A caravan of travelers came and found Yusuf in the well. They took him and sold him as a slave in Egypt.

---

اشتراه عزيز مصر، وكان رجلاً مهمًا. أعجب بيوسف وأمر زوجته أن تعتني به.
He was bought by the Aziz of Egypt, an important man. The Aziz admired Yusuf and asked his wife to take care of him.

---

كبر يوسف وأصبح شابًا جميلًا وحكيمًا. حاولت امرأة العزيز أن تغويه، لكنه رفض وفضل السجن على المعصية.
Yusuf grew up into a wise and handsome man. The wife of Aziz tried to tempt him, but he refused and chose prison over sin.

---

في السجن، فسّر يوسف رؤيا رجلين. وبعد سنوات، طلب الملك تفسير رؤيا له، فذكره أحد السجناء بيوسف.
In prison, Yusuf interpreted the dreams of two men. Years later, the king had a dream, and one of the former prisoners remembered Yusuf.

فسّر يوسف حلم الملك بأن هناك سبع سنوات خصب، ثم سبع سنوات قحط. أعجب الملك بحكمته وخرّجه من السجن.
Yusuf explained the king’s dream: there would be seven years of abundance followed by seven years of drought. The king was impressed and freed him.

---

أصبح يوسف وزيرًا في مصر، مسؤولًا عن خزن الطعام. جاء إخوته إليه يطلبون الطعام دون أن يعرفوه.
Yusuf became a minister in Egypt, in charge of storing food. His brothers came to him asking for food, not recognizing him.

بعد عدة مواقف، عرّفهم يوسف بنفسه، وسامحهم، وأحضر والده يعقوب إلى مصر، واجتمع شمل الأسرة.
After several events, Yusuf revealed his identity to them, forgave them, and brought his father Yaqub to Egypt. The family was reunited.

---

وسجد له أبواه وإخوته، وتحققت رؤياه التي رآها في صغره.
His parents and brothers bowed to him in respect, and the dream he saw as a child came true.

المسلمون الجدد

من فنزويلا، من أمريكا، من بريطانيا، من تركيا، من كوريا الجنوبية...
مسلمون جدد نطقوا الشهادتين ودخلوا في الإسلام، كل واحد منهم هو واحد من بين عشرات أسلموا معه في نفس اليوم، وربما في نفس الساعة، وربما في نفس المسجد.

أحد هذه المساجد في بريطانيا، قام بإحصاء عدد الذين أسلموا على يديه، فوجدهم أكثر من 30 ألف مسلم جديد!

نسأل الله لهم الثبات، والعلم النافع، والعمل الصالح، وأن يكونوا مفاتيح للخير، مغاليق للشر.

New Muslims who have declared the Shahadah and entered Islam—each one of them is among dozens who embraced Islam on the same day, perhaps the same hour, or even in the same mosque.

One such mosque in the UK recorded that over 30,000 people accepted Islam through its efforts!

We ask Allah to grant them steadfastness, beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and to make them keys to goodness and barriers against evil.

سلمان الفارسي – باحث عن الحق

Salman the Persian – Seeker of Truth

تنقل سلمان الفارسي بين الأديان والبلدان بحثًا عن الحق، حتى وصل إلى المدينة، فسمع برسول الله ﷺ.
آمن به، وصار من خيرة الصحابة، وقال عنه النبي: "سلمان منا أهل البيت".

علمنا سلمان أن من يطلب الحق بصدق، يهده الله إليه.

Salman the Persian traveled between religions and lands in search of the truth.
He finally reached Madinah, heard about the Prophet ﷺ, believed in him, and became a noble companion.
The Prophet said: "Salman is one of us – from the people of the household."

Salman taught us that those who sincerely seek the truth will be guided by Allah.
